- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at Tabulon representatives

You must be at least 18 years of age to engage Tabulon's professional services or enter into any service agreement.
2. Liability & Warranties
2.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an "as described" basis. Tabulon warrants that it will carry out work with reasonable skill and care. No guarantee is made as to specific accounting or financial outcomes beyond the deliverables described in the written proposal.
2.2 Limitation of Liability
Tabulon's total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement. Tabulon shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses.
2.3 Force Majeure
Tabulon shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, third-party platform outages, or internet disruptions.
2.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Tabulon against any claims, costs, or losses arising from your breach of these terms or your provision of inaccurate or fraudulent information in the course of a service engagement.
3. Legal Information & Dispute Resolution
3.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction where the service provider is registered.
3.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
3.3 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
